The Canterbury Whitewater Club is an incorporated society and has a constitution (or Rules of the Club) that determines what Members can expect of the club and what they need to comply with.
This code lays out expectations for Members on and off the water.
This code provides expectations for Members on what's needed to promote safe and enjoyable whitewater activities while still allowing high levels of personal challenge and fun.
This document provides guidelines for Club Members attending a committee meeting. Committee meetings are open to any Member by prior arrangement and Members are encouraged to attend.
This bylaw describes procedures for Members who want to raise an issue or make a complaint to the Club.
As a club, we want to do what we can to minimise risks. As such, we are keen to document any incidents that occur on club trips so we can identify any repeated incidents and learn from these to improve future safety.
The following form is designed to be filled out by anyone who was directly involved with or witnessed an incident. We encourage multiple submissions from different people for any given incident.
